2. Pay attention to the working hours of the display screen every day, and maintain the engine, hydraulic system, etc. on time. It is strictly forbidden to overtime or not maintain.

3. According to different seasons, choose appropriate hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, grease and fuel.

4. Hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, grease and fuel must be cleaned. Fuel must be allowed to be added to the fuel tank after 24 hours of sedimentation. The refueling port must be wiped clean when adding. When the refueling port is equipped with a filter, the filter must not be removed for refueling. The fuel tank should be filled up at the end of each day's operation.

5. When draining cooling water in winter, it must be allowed to drain only when the water temperature drops below 600C.

6. Draining the engine oil should be done before the oil temperature has cooled down after the operation ends.

7. When refueling, draining and checking the oil level, the locomotive should be placed on a flat place.

8. After replacing the cooling water, oil or related accessories, the engine should be idle for 5 minutes to exhaust the circuit, then stop the engine for inspection and add oil and water.

9. Clean soft water should be used for cooling water. When adding water to the water tank, you can first fill it to 80% of its capacity, and then fill it up after the water temperature rises.

10. The proportion of antifreeze used in winter should be determined according to the lowest temperature of the location and then 10 degrees Celsius lower.

11. Adding distilled water to the battery should be done before the shift. The maintenance-free battery needs to check the observation hole to determine the performance of the battery.

12. Daily maintenance operations should be carried out according to the routine maintenance items in the warranty regulations of the relevant models.
