If the above steps are checked to be normal, you can further check whether the piston of the sub-pump is stuck, that is, the static car is braked, observe the working condition of the sub-pump, and disassemble and inspect as appropriate.

Leakage of the booster pump of the agricultural micro excavator will cause the brake fluid to leak, which will not only affect the quality of the brake fluid, but also affect the braking effect of the brake system.

If the booster pump leaks, you can first check whether the brake light switch is damaged. High-pressure oil will leak from the damaged part. At this time, the damaged parts of the brake light switch should be replaced. If the brake light is normal, you can further check whether the booster pump piston rod is too long, causing the booster pump working room piston stroke to be too large, and the brake fluid to flow back from the drain port into the booster pump and spray out. The piston working stroke should be measured during installation to determine the length of the piston rod.
