1. When the hammer cannot penetrate the crushed object, the crushing position should be changed; do not continue to crush in the same place for more than one minute, otherwise not only the hammer will be damaged, but also the oil temperature will rise abnormally; for hard objects, they should be crushed gradually from the edge.
2. After the excavator enters the construction site, the driver should first observe the geology of the working surface and the surrounding environment. There should be no obstacles within the rotation radius of the excavator to avoid scratches or damage to the vehicle.
3. After the machine is started, no personnel are allowed to stand in the bucket, on the shovel arm and on the crawler to ensure safe production.
4. When the excavator is working, no personnel are allowed to stay or walk within the rotation radius or under the bucket. Non-drivers are not allowed to enter the cab to touch and move around, and are not allowed to bring training drivers to avoid damage to electrical equipment.
5. When the excavator is moving, the driver should observe and honk the horn first, and then move to avoid safety accidents caused by people near the machine. The position after moving should ensure that there are no obstacles in the space of the excavator's rotation radius. Illegal operation is strictly prohibited.
6. After work, the excavator should be moved away from the low-lying area or the edge of the trough (ditch), parked on flat ground, and the doors and windows should be closed and locked.
7. The driver must do a good job of daily maintenance, inspection and maintenance of the equipment, keep daily records of the use of the equipment, and cannot operate with problems if the vehicle is found to have problems, and report repairs in time.
8. The cab must be clean and tidy, and the surface of the vehicle must be kept clean, free of dust and oil; develop the habit of wiping the car after work.
9. The driver must keep a daily record of the work content of the day, complete the procedures for odd jobs or zero items outside the project in time, and keep records for settlement.
10. Drivers are strictly prohibited from drinking at noon and driving after drinking during work. If found, they will be given economic penalties, and the economic losses caused will be borne by themselves.
11. For man-made damage to the vehicle, the cause must be analyzed, the problem must be found, the responsibilities must be clarified, and economic penalties must be imposed according to the severity of the responsibility.
12. We must establish a high sense of responsibility, ensure safe production, do a good job in communication and service with the construction party, maintain good bilateral relations, and establish a good work style.
13. It is strictly forbidden to crush while rotating, twist the hammer head after insertion, use the hydraulic hammer horizontally or upward, and use the hydraulic hammer as a chisel. The excavator is a fixed asset with a large economic investment. In order to increase its service life and obtain greater economic benefits, the equipment must be assigned to a specific person, machine, and position, and the responsibilities must be clearly defined. When a position must be transferred, the equipment should be explained.
