The water tank temperature is too high
The water tank temperature is too high, commonly known as "boiling". Hydraulic oil temperature is too high

Therefore, hydraulic oil with slightly higher viscosity should be selected in summer. The normal temperature of hydraulic oil is between 30℃-55℃. When the hydraulic oil temperature continues to increase, each hydraulic component expands according to different coefficients, and may also cause a stuck fault. At that time, it is inevitable to shut down for maintenance. Prevention of high temperature of hydraulic oil depends entirely on daily inspection and maintenance, such as regular dust removal and cleaning of the radiator to maintain heat dissipation performance.
Grease temperature is too high
When the grease temperature is too high, the grease will become soft, the adhesion performance will be reduced, and it will be easy to lose. At this time, the working device and the rotary device will cause various "moths" such as high temperature, wear, and noise due to poor lubrication. The main reason for grease failure is the shrinkage of gel and the evaporation loss of base oil. High temperature is the culprit for increased evaporation of grease, oxidation and deterioration, and severe condensation and oil separation. Therefore, in summer, you must choose grease with good high-temperature performance, which should not only maintain adhesion performance at higher temperatures, but also ensure a slow failure process.

These are all hidden dangers that cause high temperature of the engine, high temperature deterioration of hydraulic oil, and poor air conditioning cooling. Moreover, some "old" excavators have damaged or fallen hoods and sponges at the water tank and radiator, resulting in abnormal air suction of the fan, which may cause poor heat dissipation.
