The adjustment of the entire hydraulic system is usually carried out by a specific machine to make full use of the existing devices and equipment of the machine, while ensuring the adjustment purpose of the entire hydraulic system.

Adjustment of power equipment: The main performance parameters of the hydraulic pump are its working pressure and flow, and the adjustment should be carried out around these two parameters. The test is carried out at the nominal rated speed of the hydraulic pump, and the pressure gauge and flowmeter are used to specifically measure the output pressure and flow of the measured hydraulic pump at the rated speed. The specific test method is as follows.

Open the overflow valve, let the hydraulic pump run at the rated speed for 5-10 minutes without load, and test the rotation direction of the pump to make it consistent with the specified direction.

Close the overflow valve to an appropriate pressure (do not exceed the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic pump), adjust the throttle valve, and observe the pressure gauge to make the hydraulic pump reach the rated pressure. Observe the flow meter to measure the flow of the hydraulic pump at the rated pressure.

By measuring the pressure and flow at the rated speed, the specific performance indicators of the hydraulic pump can be understood. When the pressure or flow does not reach the specified indicators, it means that the hydraulic pump is unqualified or has not achieved the purpose of repair.
