This phenomenon may be caused by the simultaneous failure of the main relief valve and the pilot relief valve.

2, after adjusting the main relief valve and pilot relief valve, the pressure does not change, disassemble the relief valve and there is no wear and break the card, and eliminate the failure of the main relief valve and pilot relief valve.

3. Open the hydraulic oil tank and find that the hydraulic oil color is dark, and there are metal filings and powder mixed in it. Such an obvious anomaly basically determines that there is wear inside the hydraulic pump.

4, the hydraulic pump decomposition found that the pilot rotor pump wear serious, pump body contact surface has obvious strain phenomenon; The plunger, pump body and valve plate of the plunger pump have different degrees of wear, and the tile of the swash plate has also worn out the groove.

Because the internal parts of the hydraulic pump are too damaged, it is recommended that the customer replace the assembly. Replace the new hydraulic pump assembly and replace the new hydraulic oil and filter element.

5. In order to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, the hydraulic tubing, oil tank and control valve were cleaned at the same time. Then start the machine for operation test, the pilot pressure reached 3.5MP, the main pressure also reached 24.5MP, all parameters reached the normal state, the hydraulic oil temperature no longer rose sharply.
