The driving device of the mini excavator includes a chassis beam, a front axle assembly and a rear axle assembly. The characteristics of this structure are: the reducer fixed on the chassis beam is connected to the front and rear axle assemblies through a linkage mechanism, and a balance beam is provided on the rear axle assembly, and the balance beam is fixed to the chassis beam through a pin.

The linkage mechanism of the mini excavator is that one end of the low-speed shaft of the reducer is connected to the front axle assembly through a universal joint, and the other end is connected to the transmission shaft through a coupling, and the other end of the transmission shaft is connected to the rear axle assembly. A drive motor is fixed in the middle of the chassis beam of the mini excavator. The shaft ends of the drive motor are connected to the high-speed shaft of the reducer through two couplings and a universal joint, and the hydraulic motor is connected to the electric motor and the diesel engine through a hydraulic gear pump.

Since the micro excavator uses four driving wheels and a balance beam is installed on the rear axle assembly, the slag loader can work smoothly and is not affected by the environment and ground. The power source of the driving mechanism is a diesel engine or an electric motor. When working in the tunnel, an electric motor is used as the power source to prevent diesel engine exhaust. When working in the field and on the road, a diesel engine is used as the power source.
