1. Use the front winding machine for inspection and maintenance
Just like before driving a car, before the breaker hammer is constructed, it is necessary to check it around the car. First, check whether the high and low pressure hoses of the breaker hammer are loose, and check whether there is any oil leakage in other places. In addition, the nitrogen pressure in the breaker hammer should be checked regularly.

2. Vertical strike
Before the breaker hammer works, place the steel chisel vertically on the crushed object, and turn on the breaker hammer after confirming that the steel chisel is stable. During the crushing operation, the steel chisel should always be kept perpendicular to the object being struck; if it is tilted with the striking surface, the steel chisel may slip and damage the steel chisel and piston of the breaker hammer.

3. It is strictly forbidden to hit empty
When the breaker hammer is working, the steel chisel should always be close to the object being struck. If the object being hit has been broken, please stop hitting immediately. Empty hitting will cause serious damage to the steel chisel, flat pin, steel chisel seat, front cylinder body, and bolt rod.

4. Do not use the steel chisel as a pry bar
The role of the steel chisel is limited to vertical hitting. Never use the chisel rod to pry the stone, because this will bend the chisel rod at the least, and damage the internal structure of the breaker at the worst.
