4. Repair the leak in the system.

5. Make sure that no foreign particles enter the oil tank from the vent cap of the oil tank, the plug seat of the oil filter, the sealing gasket of the return oil pipeline, and other openings of the oil tank.

6. If an electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the system, the flushing plate of the servo valve must allow the oil to flow from the oil supply pipeline to the collector and return directly to the oil tank. In this way, the oil can circulate repeatedly to flush the system and allow the oil filter to filter out solid particles. During the flushing process, check the oil filter of the loader accessories every 1 to 2 hours to prevent the oil filter from being blocked by pollutants. At this time, do not open the bypass. If you find that the oil filter is starting to be blocked, change the oil filter immediately.
