First, prevent air and water from invading the hydraulic system
(1) Prevent air from invading the hydraulic system
At normal pressure and room temperature, the hydraulic oil contains air with a volume ratio of 6 to 8%, and when the pressure is reduced, the air will be free from the oil, and the bubble rupture will make the hydraulic components "cavitation" and produce noise. A large amount of air into the oil will aggravate the "cavitation" phenomenon, increase the compressibility of the hydraulic oil, reduce the work efficiency, and the executive components will work "crawling" and other adverse consequences. In addition, the air will oxidize the hydraulic oil and accelerate the deterioration of the oil. The following points should be noted to prevent air intrusion:
① The suction pipe mouth of the hydraulic pump shall not expose the oil surface, and the suction pipe must be sealed well;
② After maintenance and oil change, the air in the system should be excluded according to the regulations in order to operate normally;
③ The seal of the oil pump drive shaft should be good, pay attention to the replacement of the oil seal should use "double lip" genuine oil seal, can not be replaced by "single lip" oil seal, because the "single lip" oil seal can only seal oil one-way, does not have the function of sealing gas. A unit once had a loader overhaul, the hydraulic oil pump appeared continuous "cavitation" noise, oil tank automatic rise and other faults, after checking the repair process of the hydraulic oil pump, it was found that the hydraulic oil pump drive shaft oil seal misused "single lip" oil seal caused.
(2) Prevent water from invading the hydraulic system
Excessive moisture in the oil will cause corrosion of hydraulic components, emulsification and deterioration of the oil, reduce the strength of the lubricating oil film, and accelerate mechanical wear.
Second, choose the appropriate hydraulic oil
Hydraulic oil plays the role of conveying pressure, lubrication, cooling and sealing in hydraulic system. Improper selection of hydraulic oil is the main reason for early failure and durability decline of hydraulic system. Hydraulic oil should be selected according to the grade specified in the random "Instruction manual", and when substitute oil is needed in special cases, its performance should be the same as that of the original grade. Different grades of hydraulic oil can not be mixed to prevent the hydraulic oil from chemical reactions and performance changes. Dark brown, milky white, smelly hydraulic oil is bad oil, can not be used.
Third, to prevent solid impurities into the hydraulic system
Clean hydraulic oil is the life of hydraulic system. There are many precision coupling parts in the hydraulic system, some have damping holes, some have gaps and so on. If the solid impurities invade, it will cause strain, hairpin, oil passage blockage, etc., endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. General solid impurities into the hydraulic system of the way are: hydraulic oil unclean; Oil tools are not clean; Refueling and repair, maintenance careless; Hydraulic components such as desquamation.
Solid impurities can be prevented from invading the system in the following ways:
(1) Cleaning of hydraulic system
The cleaning oil must use the same hydraulic oil as that used in the system, the oil temperature is between 45 and 80 ° C, and the impurities in the system are taken away as much as possible with a large flow rate. The hydraulic system should be repeatedly cleaned more than three times, and after each cleaning, all of it is released from the system when the oil is hot. Clean the filter after cleaning, replace the new filter element and add new oil.
(2) When refueling
The hydraulic oil must be filtered and filled, and the refueling tool should be reliably clean. The filter at the fuel tank filling port should not be removed in order to increase the refueling speed. Oiler personnel should use clean gloves and overalls to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.
(3) maintenance
Remove the hydraulic oil tank refueling cover, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic tubing and other parts, resulting in the exposure of the system oil passage to avoid dust, disassembly parts should be thoroughly cleaned before opening.
For example, when removing the fuel cover of the hydraulic oil tank, remove the soil around the oil tank cover, loosen the oil tank cover, remove the debris remaining in the joint (do not rinse with water to avoid water infiltration into the oil tank), and open the oil tank cover after confirming cleanliness.
If you need to use a wiping material and hammer, you should choose a wiping material that does not remove fiber impurities and a special hammer with rubber attached to the impact surface. Hydraulic components, hydraulic hose to be carefully cleaned, with high pressure air dry after assembly. Choose genuine filter element with intact package (inner package is damaged, although the filter element is intact, it may also be unclean). Clean the filter at the same time while changing the oil, and apply the wiping material to carefully clean the bottom of the filter shell before installing the filter element.
