1. Check the water level of the tank.
2. Check the fuel tank oil level.

Chassis section
1. Check the amount of hydraulic oil.
2. Check the tightness of hydraulic system pipes and accessories.
3. Check whether the foot brake and hand brake work reliably.
4. Check that each joystick is flexible and placed in neutral position.
5. Check whether the tire pressure (front wheel: 0.30 ~ 0.32MPa, rear wheel: 0.28 ~ 0.30mpa) is normal, whether the tire bolts are loose, and the locking force is 830N.m. The air pressure of the tire must be controlled within the prescribed range, otherwise it will cause major accidents such as a burst tire, resulting in casualties and losses.
6. Check whether the connection bolts of the front and rear drive shaft are loose or falling off. The locking force is 130 ~ 215N.m
7. Check whether the connection bolts of each pin are loose.
8. Check the water level, transmission oil level, hydraulic oil level, brake oil (brake fluid) oil level [according to section 3.3 regular maintenance], check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, gas leakage phenomenon.
9. Grease each nozzle (once a day, at least 3 to 4 times a week).
Start the engine
1. Check whether the indicator is normal.
2. Check the working condition of the lighting equipment, horn, wiper and brake lamp.
3. Control the working device to check its operation.
4. Listen to whether the engine is working normally at low speed.
5. Engage each gear to run.
