Fault cause

1. Pilot filter element

First to determine whether the pilot filter is blocked, the pilot filter is to filter and collect impurities in the hydraulic oil of the pilot system. The blockage of the pilot filter element will lead to heavy handle and slow vehicle speed.

Position: The pilot filter element is located on the hydraulic pump, and you can see it by opening the side door.

2. Heavy handle

It indicates that the pilot pressure is too large.

Troubleshooting method: Measure the pilot pressure of the gear pump, about 4.5MPa is normal (the measurement position is shown in the figure), connect the plug to measure the pressure at a3, connect the 7MPa pressure gauge, and test. If the pressure is too large, the relief valve of the gear pump needs to be adjusted. Pilot relief valve adjustment, as shown in the figure of the adjustment screw, adjustment screw rotation number is determined according to the pressure change, generally 1 rotation is about 2.1MPa.

3. Handle vibration, handle oil leakage

Troubleshooting method:

▊ If the unilateral handle vibrates during operation, find the metal return tubing of the pilot valve and clean it.

▊ Observe the pilot valve from the appearance to see if there are traces of oil, if oil, it may be the internal 4 oil seals and 4 O-rings are broken, need to be opened and replaced.

▊ Check whether the spool is stuck and the spring is broken.
