If it cannot be crushed within 30 seconds, it should be crushed in batches. The impact distance of each crushing is too large, and it is difficult to achieve a good result. The crusher works for more than 30 seconds, which may cause damage to the machine. When the crushing object is a large block, please crush it from the edge. Regardless of the hardness of the object, it is generally easier to crush it by hitting from the edge.

Do not use the crusher to lift objects when the mini excavator is crushed, and do not use the crusher to lift objects. This operation not only damages the drill rod and crusher, but also poses a safety hazard. Do not use for underwater operation. The breaker cannot be used for underwater operation. If the piston and other main related parts of the breaker are immersed in water and mud and deposited with mud stains, the breaker will be worn out prematurely. If it is necessary to operate in water, special underwater operation equipment must be installed. When the breaker is working underwater, compressed air must enter the impact chamber of the front head. Refer to the manual of water equipment. The impact angle of the mini excavator is 90 degrees. The breaker should maintain 90 degrees to the surface of the crushed object, that is, it should be perpendicular to the surface of the crushed object and keep it as much as possible at all times. If the breaker is tilted, the crushing head will slide off the surface of the crushed object, which will cause the breaker to be subjected to lateral force, resulting in faster wear or breakage of the drill rod, and even damage to the piston. Cannot be used as a sledgehammer. Before starting, place the drill rod head on the ground. Never try to use the breaker as a sledgehammer to break objects. Doing so will result in damage to the breaker and the machine.

Do not use the breaker itself or the drill rod as a lever. Please do not use the side of the breaker's bracket to pry any object, otherwise the breaker will be damaged and destroyed. The micro excavator should stop hitting when the drill rod enters the object to be broken. It is strictly forbidden to hit when the drill rod penetrates the broken object and enters the inner layer. At this time, the drill rod cannot break the object, and continuing to hit will result in empty hits. The drill rod enters the material without breaking the material, which will cause the drill rod to become hot and red and lose hardness, resulting in faster wear of the drill rod. Soft objects such as soil cannot be used as broken objects. When the drill rod is inserted into the broken object, it will shake back and forth in order to pull itself out. At this time, the front and back inclination should not be greater than 5 degrees, otherwise it will cause the drill rod to break.
