The reasons for failure are as follows

1. Engine oil, in an environment where the temperature exceeds 10°C, I recommend changing to 10w-30 oil, because 30 oil will be thinner and not too thick, which can increase the cold start speed of the engine, so that the engine can ignite smoothly. Some people here may worry: If the oil is thin, will it affect the engine life or damage the engine? No, absolutely not, there is no relationship between engine oil pressure and oil viscosity. Many people mistakenly believe that the thicker the oil, the better the oil pressure, the better the engine, and the lower the engine oil, the lower the engine oil pressure. It may damage the engine. In fact, this is a big misunderstanding. As long as it is real oil, there is no pressure from the engine oil. It is related to the viscosity of the oil. Engine oil is like blood in the human body. Therefore, it is recommended that you use seasonal oil in different seasons to protect and extend the service life of the engine.

2. Starter. Before the winter comes, the starter must be maintained, the cover, carbon brush and some worn things must be replaced, and the rotor must be clean, because the weather is cold, the engine oil is thicker when it is cold, and the starting workload of this machine is much higher than in the warm season. Maybe it is normal to use it, but it does not work in winter. Take care of it and spend a little money to ensure that the starter gets the maximum power and helps you get started!

3. Battery (ie battery), the battery voltage is not enough, in the cold winter, the battery energy will not be completely evaporated, so every winter, it is the best time to sell the battery, of course, if there are conditions, the driver might as well find a thick quilt to wrap the battery or do a simple insulation. 4. The main pressure relief valve has a very low pressure relief pressure. The main pressure relief valve limits the maximum pressure of the entire hydraulic system to 32.5 MPa. For high pressures above this value, the main safety valve will open to release the pressure to protect the system from damage. If the small hole on the main safety valve spool is blocked due to poor oil quality, the spool is often open, or the safety pressure setting of the main safety valve is low, the actual safety pressure is low, that is, the system pressure is very low.

5. Unloading valve failure

When the driver starts the engine and puts the operating lever in neutral, the main pump outputs hydraulic oil directly returns to the tank through the unloading valve, and the unloading pressure is 3 MPa. If the oil is too dirty, the unloading valve spool will not close. When the machine is running, the output oil of the main pump will pass through the unloading valve and through the tank, making it impossible for the system to build up high pressure. Similarly, if the unloading valve is used to block the O-ring and fuel tank of the PlS pressure oil, the main pump hydraulic oil will flow directly back to the tank.

6. Low main pump pressure

The excavator adopts a double swash plate axial variable displacement piston pump. Under normal circumstances, the main pump output oil pressure ≥30MPa. If the amount of wear between the plunger and the cylinder of the main pump or between the end face of the cylinder and the distribution plate exceeds the standard (the contact area between the plunger and the cylinder should be less than 0.02 mm, and the contact area between the end faces) should be the cylindrical contact area of ​​the distribution plate. Not less than 90%), this will cause the main pump output pressure to be low, which is reflected in the mechanical working device and the whole machine will work weakly.
