What is the main structure of the loader?
The loader includes an engine, a torque converter, a gearbox, and front and rear drive shafts, which are called four main parts.

7. There are two types of gearboxes: integrated (planetary type) and split (fixed shaft type).
What is the main purpose of the loader?
The loader is mainly used for shoveling, loading, unloading, earth moving and bulk materials (such as stone), and it can also perform light shoveling operations on rocks and hard soils. If you change different working equipment, you can also complete the work of bulldozing, lifting, loading and unloading other materials. In highway construction, loaders are mainly used for aggregate engineering, aggregate and loading of filling and excavating asphalt and cement concrete yards. Because it has the advantages of fast running speed, good maneuverability and easy operation, it has developed rapidly and has become the main machinery in earthwork construction.
How to choose a loader?
1. Select the model: The selection and determination are mainly based on the operating occasion and use. Generally, the operation is carried out in quarries and soft bases, and tire loaders are usually used with snow belts.
2. Power selection: Loaders generally use diesel engines for construction machinery. In special areas, such as places with an altitude of more than 3000m, special plateau diesel engines should be used;
3. Selection of transmission type: Generally, hydraulic mechanical transmission is used. One of the key components is the selection of torque converter form. Generally, common loaders on the market mainly use twin-turbocharged, single-stage two-phase hydraulic converters.
