Install the quick-change device

Connect the hydraulic pipeline: Connect the hydraulic pipeline of the quick-change device to the hydraulic system of the excavator. During the connection process, pay attention to whether the interface of the pipeline is clean to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system. After the connection is completed, check whether the pipeline is tightly connected and there is no leakage.

Replace the working device

Disassemble the original working device: Move the excavator to a suitable position so that the original working device is in a state that is easy to disassemble. Operate the excavator's joystick to separate the connecting pin of the working device from the locking mechanism on the quick-change device, and then use a crane or other lifting equipment to lift and remove the original working device.

Install a new working device: Lift the new working device and align it with the connection part of the quick-change device, slowly lower it, and insert the connecting pin into the corresponding hole of the quick-change device. Operate the locking mechanism of the quick-change device to lock the connecting pin to ensure that the working device is firmly connected to the quick-change device. Then, connect the hydraulic pipeline of the working device to the hydraulic interface of the quick-change device. After the connection is completed, check whether the pipeline connection is tight.

Debugging and inspection

Function debugging: After installing the new working device, start the engine of the small excavator, operate the hydraulic system, and perform functional debugging on the newly installed working device. Check whether the various actions of the working device are normal, such as whether the excavation, grabbing, crushing and other actions are flexible and smooth, and whether there is no leakage in the hydraulic system.

Safety inspection: Re-check the connection parts of the quick-change device and the working device to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable and the locking mechanism works normally. Check whether there are obstacles around the working device and whether the operator is in a safe position.

Maintenance after use

Cleaning and maintenance: After use, clean up the dirt, debris, etc. on the quick-change device and the working device in time to keep the equipment clean. Check and maintain the connection parts, locking mechanism, hydraulic pipelines, etc. of the quick-change device, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to prevent rust and wear of the parts.
Inspection and maintenance: Regularly conduct a comprehensive inspection of the quick-change device to check whether the connecting pins, lock pins, nuts and other parts are loose, deformed or damaged, and whether the hydraulic pipelines are aging, leaking, etc. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the normal use of the quick-change device.
