Run the air conditioning system once a month, first warm up the cab, and then let the refrigerant circulate in the air conditioning system for a week, so that the sealing ring of the air conditioning system maintains a certain thickness of oil film to prevent refrigerant leakage. Check whether the electric control switch of the excavator is normal;

4. The air filter cannot be disassembled. After igniting with cotton yarn dipped in diesel, it can be put into the intake pipe to start ignition. In this way, the dusty air from the outside is directly sucked into the cylinder without filtering at the start, causing abnormal wear of parts such as the piston and cylinder, and also causing the diesel engine to run unsteadily and damage the machine.

5. The serious consequences of low-temperature load operation: it will cause serious wear of the machine. Therefore, after the diesel engine starts to ignite in winter, it should idle at low or medium speed for a few minutes, and then be put into load operation after the cooling water temperature reaches 63°C.
